Delivery fee fixed at HKD$20 per invoice  (Note 1)

1) SF Express->EF Locker->Self Collect

PetPetmall.com engaged with SF Express to deliver goods to EF Locker

EF Locker locates in more than 100 points in Hong Kong and most of them are operating 24 hours. Customers can collect goods from the locker by themselves conveniently.

Please click here to check the location and service hors of EF Lockers,   please select the collection location and fill-in the collection point code (eg H852MA02P) to the delivery address.

You can also select to collect from SF Business Station/Store. SF Business Station is the fastest way to have the goods ready for collection as there is no need to further deliver to Store/EF Locker. Delivery Time  

Normally the goods would be delivered to EF Locker in 3-6 working days.

If it would require longer time for delivery, eg the goods is out of stock, we will send email to you on the new arrangement/timing. For refund due to out of stock, we will deposit the amount to your FPS/bank account within 3 working days. However, we will not take any legal responsibility for any delays due to situations out of our control,  eg typhoon.

Delivery Status?

PetPetmall.com will send email with a tracking code to you upon delivered the goods to SF Express. You can track the status via   http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/waybill/ .

Once the goods is delivered to EF Locker, SF Express will send SMS to your registered phone number. You should follow the instruction to collect the goods within 48 hours.

Collection Deadline

For EF Locker, please collect the goods within 24 hours. For SF Business Station/Store, please collect within 48 hours. If not collected within the deadline, SFExpress will collect $10 service fee for each 24 hours.

If finally the goods could not be delivered, it would be returned to PetPetmall.com. If you want to re-deliver to you, we would charge you all the delivery costs and handling charges. If you raise for refund, we will handle it case by case. In general, we will charge 30% invoiced amount and refund the remaining amount to your FPS/bank account. 

 

2) SF Service Partner

For the convenient of different customers, we also  deliver goods to SF Service Partner (eg 7-11 Shop), please fill-in the Service Partner location code (eg 852TD1001) to the delivery address.    You can click here to check the location and service hours

Collection Deadline

Please collect the goods within 48 hours.

After 48 hours, SF Express will take back the goods and keep in their store. SF Express will contact you for the re-delivery arrangement and you should have to bear all the costs for this re-delivery.

3) Delivery to Door

From 01/09/2019, SFExpress has cancelled the door to door sub-charge for non-commercial/Island areas. According to SFExpress, Delivery Staff will call/WhatsApp the receipent for the arrangement and would deliver before 20:00. Customers can opt for this as needed and appropriate.

 

4) MTR Station By Hand

We fully understand new customer would have reservation on online shops and thus we also provide MTR Station by hand services. Normally, it would be lunch/after office hours in Central/Admiralty/Mongkok/Prince Edward stations. You can pay (including the $20 delivery fee) to our Delivery staff upon receiving the products. 

 

 

(Note 1 : Delivery areas only cover Hong Kong (HKSAR) and exclude : Po Toi Island(蒲台島), Tung Lung Chau(東龍州), Tap Mun(塔門), Kat O(吉澳), Tung Ping Chau(東平州), all Frontier Closed Areas (所有禁區). If there is special need for shipping to areas outside Hong Kong, you can contact and discuss with CSR on the feasibility. )
